Adelaide Metro needed a compelling way to attract new bus drivers, so I developed a creative direction that highlighted real drivers and the opportunities the role offers for a meaningful career change.
I crafted the campaign headline and overall visual approach to suggest movement and progression, giving the design energy while remaining aligned with Adelaide Metro’s brand. The look and feel were clean, contemporary, and flexible enough to work across print and digital adaptations.
The result was a human-centred, modern recruitment campaign that allowed Adelaide Metro to tell a more engaging story about the role. The campaign provided a cohesive suite of assets that could be used across ongoing recruitment efforts, strengthening the organisation’s ability to connect with potential drivers.
