Adelaide Metro needed a strong way to attract new bus drivers, so I developed a creative direction that focused on real drivers and what the job can mean for someone looking for a genuine career shift.
I developed the campaign headline and overall visual approach to hint at movement and progression, giving the design a sense of energy while still sitting comfortably within Adelaide Metro’s brand. The look and feel were kept clean, contemporary, and flexible enough to work across print, digital and partner adaptations.
The result was a human, modern recruitment campaign that helped Adelaide Metro tell a more compelling story about the role and gave them a cohesive suite of assets they can continue to use across their ongoing recruitment efforts.
